About Joy Robbins

Joy HS.JPG

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Wake Forest University and a Master of Arts in counseling from UNC-Charlotte.I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor-Supervisor (#S6829) through the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors.  I am also licensed to provide virtual counseling in South Carolina (Credential #501).

My education and experience prepared me to counsel individuals, groups, parents, families, children, adolescents, and adults.  For more than ten years, I have had a thriving private practice in Indian Trail, North Carolina.

I enjoy providing clinical supervision to LPC-As and watching them develop into clinicians.  I also enjoy using my knowledge and skills to share with others in the form of workshops, presentations and retreats.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two sons.  I love to travel and try new restaurants.
